A Message for February.In a couple of weeks we will post Mid-Year numbers for all categories of the Industrial Market within our region. Looking at the big picture, our market shows preliminary signs of an overall vacancy around 6.4% percent for our 250 million square foot market. This is a slight increase from year end 2006, when we posted a 6.2% vacancy indicating a slight correction with the new construction which has come on line in 2007.
