About Us. John has been assisting clients with their real estate requirements in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky market since 1994. We have helped clients with their requirements from leasing, selling, buying and building, as well as assisting with tax incentives over this timeframe. We are positioned with our current team of John Gartner, Erin Casey and Kim Bertke, as well as the support of our assistant Sandy Haungs, to handle any size transaction. Over the past few years leases and sales have ranged from 2,000 SF to 710,400 SF and land from 2.5 acres to 96 acres.
The team members have been regulars of the Top Producers within the market and devote many hours of participation in a wide variety of industry related groups, as well as many charitable organizations.
